A cultural experience

How about a charity concert or play together with the school choir, school orchestra or school band? Or an Advent carol service at Christmas time? Combine your campaign idea with a cultural experience for parents, teachers and your fellow pupils. The entrance fees will be donated.

This will make your school fundraising campaign a success!


Important information in advance:

  • Think about a specific project and discuss it in your class. Perhaps some of you already have experience in organising fundraising campaigns.
  • Get advice and support from parents and teachers.
  • Once you have found a joint project that you are all enthusiastic about, you should consider the following:
  • When do you want to do the concert/event…? DATE!
  • How much time is needed for preparation and realisation?
  • Who could help? Teachers/ parents/ caretakers/ friends?
  • What do you need?
  • Who takes on which task and by when will they complete it?
  • How do you publicise your fundraising campaign (local newspaper, school newspaper, advertising leaflets, flyers, posters, etc.)?

Do not forget:

  • Should there be an invitation/flyer/posters? Should there be an invitation/flyer/posters?
  • Please also state our donation account and the keyword “kids4kids” as the purpose of the payment in the invitation. This is the only way we can clearly allocate the donations. (Postcheckkonto 85-358174-5, IBAN: CH90 0900 0000 8535 8174 5)
  • Logo: After consultation with us, you are welcome to use our logo on posters and flyers. After approval, the logo may only be used in the context of the planned and discussed activities.
  • Do you need posters or brochures from our foundation? Just order online!
  • You can set up a donation box at the event itself and ask for donations on site. You can also order the donation box from us beforehand.
  • Remember to put out a list of donors. This means that every donor can register and receive a personalised donation receipt from us at a later date.

After the event or the event

  • We would be delighted if you could transfer the proceeds from the “box” and/or the entrance fees to our donation account after the event: Postal cheque account 85-358174-5, IBAN: CH90 0900 0000 8535 8174 5.
  • At the same time, please send us the list of donors so that we can acknowledge the individual donations. Every donor whose address is known to us will receive a letter of thanks by post. We adhere strictly to the Data Protection Act and ensure that we do not pass on any data to third parties!
